I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida with over 15 years of combined experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and geriatric populations.
My professional background includes working with individuals experiencing mental health disorders, substance use disorders, and dual diagnoses. I began my career as a Substance Abuse Counselor, later worked as a Behavioral Health Case Manager, and now practice as a Clinical Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
I am passionate about helping clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey. My therapeutic style is calm, compassionate, and collaborative, with a strong focus on emotional wellness and personal growth.
I believe therapy should provide a safe space where individuals can process life experiences, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and build resilience.
